Q: Do you replace a wedding planner?
No, a Day-Of Coordinator does not plan the wedding or book vendors. We ensure everything you’ve already planned runs smoothly on the big day.
Q: Do you communicate with the other vendors?
Yes! I confirm timelines and details with your vendors ahead of time and act of time and act as the main point of contact on the wedding day.
Q: How many hours are you on site?
All of my packages include 10 hour full-day coverage from vendor arrival through key reception moments, all the way to tear down.
Q: When do you start working with us?
While I’m there on your wedding day, I typically begin working with you 4-6 weeks before to review plans, confirm details, and finalize timelines.
Q: Do you attend the rehearsal?
Most of my Day-of packages include rehearsal coordination. This helps everyone feel confident going into the big day.
